For the logo, Isidor Studio worked with designer Sarah Rege to develop a design that resembled three overlapping fingerprints in different tones–seeking to celebrate the duality of individuality and togetherness. These motifs were carried across all design materials to create a cohesive brand identity.
The colors used across all materials align with Milton Academy’s existing brand to create consistency with the school’s design standards. Beyond the logo, Isidor Studio worked with the Milton team to design a report synthesizing the school’s institutional priorities and highlighting current practices and upcoming DEIJ initiatives. Complementing this was building out a section of Milton Academy’s website to feature the school's DEIJ mission, team, and initiatives online. Isidor Studio worked with the school’s web team to design custom materials to work within the existing development interface. Additionally, Isidor Studio developed a custom dashboard using Google Data Studio that serves as an interactive tracking system for ongoing initiatives. Built for long-term usability, the dashboard database can be updated periodically by school staff to reflect progress and new developments in DEIJ work across the school. Lastly, Isidor Studio prepared a comprehensive slide template to help standardize the DEIJ office’s internal and external communications.
