In support of this mission, the Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion (OEOI) commissioned a report led Mass Economics to provide a current-city assessment to identify the needs of Boston small businesses in order to tailor our work and bridge existing gaps. Isidor Studio was brought on to the team to provide design services for the full report, executive summary, and ongoing implementation. The report design included the development of various diagrams and infographics to better articulate key data and systems in the small business landscape. Additionally, photographs and visual elements are widely integrated to humanize the content, reinforcing the report's community-focused narrative. All materials build on the City of Boston’s existing brand strategy to align with its graphic standards while developing a dynamic and modern feel that makes the report’s content easy to digest while maintaining the gravitas of a city-level strategy document. Beyond the report design, Isidor Studio continues to support the small business plan implementation efforts through design and content strategy consulting.
